The only ones of those that are REQUIRED are the 4 I mentioned.

DTaP requires 5 shots from birth to 18 years

Polio requires 4 shots from birth to 18 years

MMR requires 2 doses from birth to 18 years

Chickenpox requires 2 doses from birth to 18 years

That's 13 required shots over the course of 18 years.

It's up to you to decide if you want to do all the others.
