231 the only reason why I say that is because autism isn't really detectable until the ages of 1-2 that's when personality and "my child doesn't play well or act the same as others" begins to develope.
Like booger said autism is not acquired it is there from birth. Now having said that high fevers can cause brain damage. When vaccines are given it is normal for the body to have a natural immune response aka fevers, body aches and etc etc.
