Next time I'm going to take the loop up into tn.

Anybody know the story on the old house on the left at the end of the paved road? And what's the deal with the huge satellite dish on that road?

Between there and the TN line was rough son. Hard to believe that would exist In the US even then.

I'll tell you for a fact , some of the finest people on the planet live " in the valley". I'm sure they'd rather you stay in B'ham.

They didn't live in the Valley. They lived between there and TN. Fine folks never said they weren't maybe just rough. Some of them were kin to me. Too bad you went around then to run into a few of them. Might have helped straitened out that attitude.

I have eat lots of viennas on the front porch there. Back in the day when you would see 100 plus deer before you hit 147 at night. I was a young bow killing machine back then.

Larkin Creek , Round Mt., Beech Grove, Francisco are between there and TN and that is very much part of the valley. You may be right , since bout 1/2 your sentences don't make sense , perhaps I misunderstood you. Attitude you say , pot meet kettle.

If I was to win the lottery. I'd have me a place so far deep in the valley surround by a Whole bunch of land and would only come out to go to a lake house for a few days.

That'd be the life.

Nice to make your acquaintance Kettle.

Pete Prince was a good one. There use to be a LOT more people lived up in there once upon a time there were roads all over those mountains and people all over them. One side of family was on Maxwell.

Up Estill Creek and Bull Run is one of the prettiest places in the Southeast. I like it better than Hurricane Creek and the Walls. Lots of game up there too!

There's ole country store like that in Darlington FL named Fullers that has everything. It looks like a bad version of hoarders when you walk in the place, but they know right where everything is, all you have to do is ask and and they've probably got it. The prices are pretty good as well...
