We caught most of the big ones on slip corks and live shrimp around oyster reefs and rigs in 8-12' of water. For numbers, look for diving birds feeding on schooling shrimp and throw cocoho minnows in just about any color. The gulps work good to if they are finicky but they ain't cheap. You will catch a lot of 10" to 15" fish in the schools, also a lot of decent white trout. Wind at 5 knots or less is a plus. Good luck.
