Down 8# as of this morning already. When you have a lot to loose it comes off quick. I should top 10# this week easily.
I've been eating muffin pan omelets for breakfast. Sauté peppers, onions, and mushrooms in a skillet. You could add meat but I have chose not to at this time. Fill up muffin pan about halfway and then fill to top with egg. Bake for about 20 minutes at 375 and you are good to go. Easy breakfast to heat up and walk out the door with. You just fill each one halfway with onions, peppers and mushrooms, crack a raw egg over the veggies then bake em? Sauté the veggies first, they would never get cooked enough otherwise. You could add a cooked meat to them as well which I'll probably do tonight with some grilled tenderloin. We beat our egg and add some pepper and pour the cups full. I imagine just cracking the egg into the pan wouldn't hold the contents together as well once cooked but I could be wrong. It takes a lot of cutup veggies and egg to fill up a muffin pan by the way Sounds good.Gonna try it

Double whopper with cheese and fries. I'm on the way. Of course - that's probably all I will eat today.

I'm trying the modified fasting method ... Last meal by 7PM then skip breakfast and you essentially fast for 12 hours. Then a hi protein & fat, high glycemic carb healthy meal for lunch and dinner.
Today's lunch is grilled veggies (green beans, broccoli, red potatos, peppers) with conecuh sausage and parmesan cheese. Yum ... I'm liking this so far
I don't want to pass quietly into the night. I want to slide in sideways kickin and screamin Life really is awesome ... Soak it up while you can ...

I tried sweet tea with my double whopper but I had to pour it out. It tasted like sugar and nothing else. I need to gain weight but not that bad.

Someone in this thread previously mentioned the app "Lose it!" so I figured I would give it a shot. Depending on how seriously you want to lose the weight, I would highly suggest this free app. Being a college student living in a very old dorm, I do not have the luxury of being able to cook a healthy meal every night. That app has all the calories of almost every meal at about every restaurant you can imagine. This makes it very easy for me to actually see the nutritional value (or in my case, lack off) of what I am eating. The app gives you a suggested daily calorie intake depending on how much weight you want to lose and how fast. I'm not associated with that app in anyway, just wanted to see if that could help anyone out.
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

We had lunch brought in today while we were stepping through a practice drill for the nuclear plant and I had a choice of a chic fil a chicken sandwich or a spicy chic fil a sandwich or nothing. I went spicy and eat chips, cookie, and all. There went 1020 calories. Now I'm going green for supper to stay under my daily goal. Anyone else that is on MyFitnessPal hit me up or post yours, mine is wallaceboys

I walked a stand of cotton today. 1.5 mile rows one way. Got so far from the truck I could barely see it. Felt good out today.
