Ok I'm starting over..Went to Tokyos Japanese Steakhouse after Church..Fried rice,vegetables,soup,salad,filet mignon and shrimp..But...I've only drank 2 glasses of sweet tea today

I expect to start off strong and have proven I can easily lose 20 pounds without a great deal of effort. It is the sticking to it for an extended period of time and then making life adjustments to eat better where I struggle.

Right now I eat really bad or far too much 90% of the time. Really need to change that to 10% maximum. I love cheeseburgers and fried chicken and mac n cheese...etc, but I've got to reserve them for a treat just every once in a while.

Just had a feast at El Patron in Helena...it's on starting tomorrow morning. Hoping everyone is successful!

I'm at 168 at 5'6-5/8" . I might could lose a pound but the pants would mostly no longer fit me.

I'm at a sloppy 173. Muscle tone is deplorable. I need to work at it from both sides.

Don't feel bad, i lost 68# and got down to 206 about 3 years ago which is skinny for me. Hurt my knee and quit running and gained it all back plus some. 281 is my starting weight. Don't know how much exercise I'll get in but I'm on a diet and plan to stick to it.

The common problem is folks lose too much too fast. Don't worry about numbers. I changed my life style habits. That's what you gotta do. I love my beer. Will not quit it. But I do not eat fried food or bread or sweets anymore. Mentally gotta change. But a little bit of walking or any excersize will help

The last time I weighed under 200 pounds was in 1981. I got to 220 three years ago but that was it.

I weighed yesterday. I am 6,4" and I am at 271. I want to get back down to less than 260, ideally 255.

My doctor told me he didn't see any way I would get below 250 with my body structure.

In. Starting weight 256. I actually am down from 282 since last summer. Couch to 5k and lifting and eating better and drinking lots of water is all it takes. This'll be good. I've been needing a good kick in the butt for some fresh motivation.

If everyone weighs in using the same scale every time and we bench our progress by % change in weight it won't matter that we all use different scales

I'm in! Started this morning with a 5am workout at the gym!

One thing you can do that will make the pounds drop is to drink your body weight in ounces of water a day.

So, you weigh 200 pounds drink 200 ounces of water.
