The common problem is folks lose too much too fast. Don't worry about numbers. I changed my life style habits. That's what you gotta do. I love my beer. Will not quit it. But I do not eat fried food or bread or sweets anymore. Mentally gotta change. But a little bit of walking or any excersize will help
