We're both 45 years old. I'm now 199lbs and 36" waist and she's lost about 40lbs and hotter than ever! I run 2 1/2 miles or more almost ever day. You have to eat better and exercise to loose weight. Never thought we could do it but we did. It ain't all easy but if you want to you can! I wish you all the best of luck!
