I'll try to hang in there with y'all. My willpower usually tanks after about 10 days but I need to lose 50lbs.. Naw, you just need to grow about a foot! Grow a foot? They don't sell shoes 3 at a time 
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

I'd gained 15 since March and I been at an all inclusive resort in Costa Rica for the last week. Been eating like a pig but I been sweating gallons too.

Ok boys.....I'm in starting May 1st.
Weight: 277
I've put on a ton of weight (25 lbs) since Christmas on top of my already overweight self...boom all of a sudden it appeared. Running out of pants that fit...time to correct.

I'm already in!!
I've dropped from 217 to 203 in about 45 days.
Staying away from sodas and all white foods (potatoes pastas rice bread)and let your carbs come from vegetables which are mostly fiber. If your over 40 get some blood work done and be sure to have your testosterone level checked and if its low theres many natural T-boosters out there.
Increasing you T-level will give you more energy and help to burn more calories
