Fillet Mignon.  Chocolate Chipoltle Chili.  Some sort of steak salad thing Mrs. Irish threw together up at the cabin  Fresh gulf shrimp in cream sauce over rice made by some friends at a dinner party up at the cabin.  Some of my quick red beans and rice with Conecuh sausage  Pulled pork, deer sausage, slaw, roasted potatoes, sweet potatoes with cumin and honey, and deviled eggs at a friends cabin dinner party.  Mrs. Irish loves me and packs me leftovers for lunch at the office.   Mrs. Irish's stuffed Mexican bell peppers.  Fiesta salad.  Tacos the Irish's way.
