China is pushing back on NK. They have stopped accepting shipments of coal from NK. The ships were sent back without unloading. Those troops moved to the NK border are there to prevent refugees from flooding into Xhina. North Koreans are uneducated, unlike most of Asia NK keeps it's citizens in the dark.

So, China is friends, a patron, whatever you want to call it, with North Korea. Protector. Big Brother. The country that says "rattle sabers but don't do anything stupid."
Russia is about the same. NK is a blip to them but important for cage-rattling and such.
So if China is going to be the U.S.'s heavy hand and Russia has flown jets within 36 miles of the U.S. coastline -- Palin probably could see them from her home office -- what the heck is going on now with NK, Russia and China?
Are they not all buddies anymore? China is sorta friends militarily with the US because of NK, and Russia doesn't like it so it's buzzing the Alaska coastline? They're all playing some roles and then are going to obliterate NK and SK, and be done with it?
What a mess.

They might struggle once they got to Idaho. Their best bet would be from Portland to San Fransisco. Nothing to stop them.
