I watched it as it tore through alberta in Tuscaloosa, no more than a quarter mile from my house while i was in school. You see that kind of thing happen and it puts a whole new perspective in your mind. Those storms are nothing to mess around with.

I did 30 years in the storm restoration business. Lost two neighbors in a 94 tornado near Selma.
I'm no stranger to it, I've just seen too much of these young wather geeks hyping it up for TV ratings. I done got cynical about it. Stupid sirens blowing when the sky turns Grey. Handing out tornado warnings like candy at a parade. It's ridiculous.
