I'd get a taxidermist to repair the antlers and restore them and mount him like he was when you shot him. That is a deer of a lifetime in Alabama. Or just leave him as he is if you like. Either way, I'm glad you found that brute!
Dr. B I agree with Benji here! A good taxi will fix that and make it look good. I shot the antler of my first mulie..(and that good buck this season,...mmmhhmm) and my taxidermist fixed where i shot the one side ( it didnt break it in two...just cut a big chunk out!) Congrats!
