Thanks guys. I've tried Turkey hunting a couple of times before and just never clicked. I'd buy a gun and a couple of calls and stumble around the woods a couple of times and get mad about not having any luck and sell everything. HELL I never even got to hear a gobble on those hunts. I guess I'm just older and more patient now. I've put a lot of practice into calling and trying to learn about it. Plus now I've been blessed with some places to hunt that have good numbers of birds on them.
I've got to give you guys some credit also. Ive read and re-read every thread on this site and others to learn what to do and what not to do. I'm no Turkey master but I've been bit by the bug and gotten #1 and can't wait to get after them again.
