Rare opportunity to join 6200 acre hunting club. Has camp sites on the property. 4 trailer homes and covered parking areas for atv's. Places to park campers. It's 9.69 square miles of continuous land. Property holds good deer and turkey. Up to 160" bucks have been on camera on the property. Located in Hardin county, Tn. Most of the property hasnt been hunted in 20 years. It will be a qdm club geared toward managing for trophy class bucks. Accepting minimal # of members to keep pressure down and provide as much land per hunter as possible. Plan to have about 45 food plots ready for deer season. $2000 per member. Sounds like a great place. But I assure you it's been hunted in 20 years. Maybe not legally though! Not likely. When the timber lease ran out the family sold it to a group that did drone stuff for the military. Big gates and unfriendly security guards.
