Not sure, it's got a knob that your thread in and out to close the gap. Haven't seen anymore like it online looking around today. I'll do some more searching tomorrow since I'll be out there loading early tomorrow.

No, the whole when tightened all the way is only tight enough for a 12. I've made some shims but it ain't perfect.
