So let me see if I get this correctly. People whine about not seeing deer because they overheard their brother in laws cousin say that his wife said her cousin was told that Billy Bob 4 Counties away killed 13 bucks (12 spikes and a 4 point) and 65 does this past season, so it is obvious that there are no deer left in Alabama. So, we have to make it legal to kill deer over corn because there aren't any left in the State and because the "hunters are not willing to change the way or locations they hunt?

And then they are going to whine about paying an additional fee to make it easier to kill those non-existent deer.

Am I missing something, or is it just about whining that seems the most consistent in "hunting"?
