I would give my season a solid 7.
I got to be in the deer woods a lot this season, and killed a couple.
I took a shot and missed the biggest buck that I've ever seen.
Saw lots of deer that I couldn't shoot on public land.
Really enjoyed my time in the woods.

8. Killed four deers. 3 bucks and a doe. Didn't get to hunt much but had an amazing year learning about deer hunting.

Sir, The Season doesn't start until March 15.

If you are referring to the time of year that helps bridge the gap from April 30 until then where we get to shoot deer, I give it a 6.

10 for me. Killed a 5x5 bull with my bow. Heard bugles alot, chased bulls with my buddy. I also put a hunter on a 5x5 that hadn't killed a bull in 10yrs. I also put his wife on a cow with a LOP tag. Best part, no injuries. I got enough burger for a year plus...

Another cool thing is I have a disabled veteran neighbor that didn't get his bull this year. I gave him my share of the cow elk, minus a tenderloin and 12 backkstrap steaks. He's a happy camper.

other than not being able to find my buck for 17 days, I'd have to rate my season a 10/10.

I saw deer all but 3 hunts this year, passed up two 3 year olds that many would have shot on my butler county lease and killed a doe. killed my top hitlister and passed up two other bucks on my other lease. that I know for a fact are every bit of 4-5 years old, one being the biggest bodied buck I've ever seen. I also killed a few yotes. I could have tagged out on bucks if I wasn't trying to grow some good deer

I would have to give it a 10/10. Got into a new lease close to home, had a great time. I got to hunt with my little boy for the first time, and we enjoyed quite a few afternoons together hunting and goofing off. Saw a ton of deer, a few good un's. I was Blessed to be able to kill a solid 10 point in December and put the season over the top with an old Stud 9 point on the last few minutes of the last day. Even with the crappy weather and working a lot more than past seasons this season was one I will not soon forget.

Mine was about a 2, went more times this year not seeing a deer than I have in the last 5 years combine. It's partly my fault, I didn't plant corn this year, and the neighbor fed a crap load of it. My son(12) would rate his a 10, killed his best yet. If it grows, I won't get out fed next year :-)

Mine was a 2. Didn't kill a deer. Blew some opportunities on a year where there would be few. Seems like 90% of my hunts I spent fighting a 20 mph wind. That happens when it's 60 degrees one week with a cold front blowing in the next.

I'm gonna call it a 9 overall. Saw more deer this year than the last few years in this club but seeing anything beyond a spike is a real challenge. That being said I killed a young 8 point and saw 2 other racked bucks. What made my season a higher ranking one is that my son (8) killed his first deer ever and my girlfriend's son (18) killed his first buck ever. Combine that with the fact that I still get to share this experience with my son, dad, and nephew, it makes for memories that will never be forgotten and I will cherish for years to come.

9 this year for the amount we hunted. Would have been a ten if my daughter had been able to connect.

Weather/wind = 4

Is sux considered a rating? It was my worst in 42 years.
