I have been in the market for a crew cab 4wd and have noticed I can get a lot more Dodge (Ram Big Horn) for the money. I have never been partial to Dodge bc to me they have always looked cheap. The newer models the interior looks a lot better and I can get a 4x4 loaded crew cab with low miles for about 8-10k cheaper than a Chevy, Ford, or Yota. Anyone have a newer Ram and regret it? Would anyone not recommend or not recommend one for a certain reason? Why are they so much cheaper? Will they last? TIA for any feedback.

Do some research on their transmissions first.

I've got an 06, over 200,000. No issues. 20 mpg if I keep it under 2000rpm's. 2000 rpms is 73 mph.

I had a 4x4 99 Ram that I bought in 2000 with 39k miles on it. As far as looks, interior and driving it was great but head gasket and other problems turned me off of Dodge. This was before it hit 65k this all happened.
Last year my stepson bought a 2016 Rebel. I told him I wouldn't do it and why but he bought it anyway. It has been in the shop 3 times already with shifting problems and has maybe 9k miles on it.
The last time it was in the shop, the mechanic test drove it. He is driving through a parking lot and a woman backs into it caving in the door. It was her fault but now the body shop doesn't want to fix it until Dodge fixes the transmission/shifting issue.

I had a 2004 crew cab dually with 5.9 Cummins and 6 sp manual. Only major repair I ever did was a fuel pump at 200,000 miles and a clutch at 313,000 miles. Sold it two years ago for $12,000 with 338,000 miles on it. I will definitely buy another dodge when I need one.

Body shop doesn't want his business? Find another!

Dad has drove Dodges for the last 15 years or so. Get's a different one every 3-4 years or so. They've all been very good trucks. I don't worry about them.
I drive a 2014 Ram Promaster for work. It's got 70k miles on it now with no engine/transmission issues to date.

Straight from the dictionary:
Dodge däj/Submit verb 1. avoid (someone or something) by a sudden quick movement. "we ducked inside our doorway to dodge shrapnel that was raining down" synonyms: dart, bolt, dive, lunge, leap, spring More 2. PHOTOGRAPHY expose (one area of a print) less than the rest during processing or enlarging. noun 1. a sudden quick movement to avoid someone or something. synonyms: dart, bolt, dive, lunge, leap, spring "a dodge to the right"
Not one word about driving. Enough for me.
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14

https://youtu.be/kbnHPFH1ANUhttps://youtu.be/K9BukUOLwggSomething you might want to look at. Disregarding my screen name I actually used to think the Dodge 3/4+ ton trucks with a Cummins were good trucks. They actually are until you add in the fact that there transmissions are terrible. This truck even had the Aisin transmission. The videos even say Dodge has known about this guys problem but still hasn't sent an engineer out to fix it yet. I get they all have problems and make a "lemon" every now and then. It's how they are handling this situation that makes me mad. That goes for any manufacturer.
