If he wants to fight your son, make him sign a waiver. Then let your son beat the hell out of him. I've had two folks sign a waiver, the last guy backed down when I handed him the paperwork. A buddy of mine hit a guy that was starting stuff in a steak and shake parking lot. Killed him on the first blow. Now he's in prison. You never know what a punch will do to someone. Just my 2 cents. Now my next day in law school will be my first day, but I don't believe an agreement, i.e. waiver, to engage in an illegal act would be considered binding in court. In fact, it simply could add another charge of Conspiracy along with the Assault charges. Now that might not be the legal way to say it, but the point is, that won't work. Mutual combat by agreement is not illegal. I'll notarize it and be the guy with the microphone saying "Lets get ready to RRRRUUUMMMMBBBLLEEEEE!!"
