Do nothing yourself and do your best to get your son to run. It isn't worth it at his age. Like Doekiller said, it is not your business unless dude tries to physically hurt the girl.
Dollar to a donut that if she really wanted it stopped she could get it stopped. I've seen a lot of nice girls that enjoy being the center of attention in teenage drama. Women too, for that matter.
