It's a terroristic threat. Period. Yup. It is, and perhaps Jeff Sessions will prosecute her. You can't be prosecuted for thoughts. She carefully said she thought about blowing up the White House. Unless someone can show an action towards that thought, then nothing happens. She may however get a visit from The Man to confirm that this was just talk and not intent.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

I'm betting that if you make a public statement, about having thoughts of blowing up the home of the President, they probably can, and will, find a way to bring some type of charges, and make them stick, if they really want to pursue the issue. To think otherwise is silly. We aren't talking about thoughts of whipping the mayor of Podunk, Alabama's ass here.

Heck! We was there 4yrs ago for Obumer's 2nd inaug. A couple guys in our group got pulled aside and questioned because they were wearing camo hunting jackets. Cops said they were suspicious because of the clothes.
Imagine what would have happened if they said some of the crap coming out of the lords of entitlement.

This is the new administrations first test on "nobody is above the law". Hopefully we'll see the law applied as it should be here.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.
