HBWALKER14 OP 8 point Joined: Oct 2014 Posts: 1,683 OAK MTN	Well I'm in the same stand as I was last weekend when I shot that buck and didn't recover him. Checked the camera to see if I had a pic of him, but he must have been too far off. Got a picture of another buck that's decent two days ago in here. Maybe my luck will change. Y'all be safe out there A BAD DAYS HUNTING OR FISHING IS BETTER THAN ANY DAY AT WORK

I had never been, so it's always nice to climb a tree in a new spot. We were skunked for the evening. The woods were eerily still and quiet for us. No wind, no animals of any kind moving. Few turkeys roosted at dark that we could hear, but that was it.
