Maybe bandito burrito? I've never been to bandito and dont recognize that set up, but maybe? Doesn't look like any Bandito I have ever had...but maybe? My guess is El Palacio or El Cazador

Gotta be El Palacio. They do their beans differently from anywhere else I've ever had them.
The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...
