Don't wind up with 2 habits. Try the Chantix, buddy. Good luck and hang tough!

Has any one tried the all natural Mint dip? Not mint flavored dip, but the stuff made out of mint leaves?

D86 lots of Doctors smoke, how can that be bad ? Foolish statement huh ? If you have to have all your teeth pulled because of cancer and face a years worth of treatments, you'll throw that chit down and not use anything that could harm you. Cancer is not a joke and only a fool would joke about losing their jaw. Have you ever seen a person that has ? D86, I'm glad you are going to quit. Be careful you don't end up with another vise. God Bless

Yep. I've carried a can of red seal everywhere but I've yet to have an urge to get into it.

I dipped since I was 12 or 13..I quit cold turkey about 2 and a half years ago because it made my acid reflux so bad I had a hard time breathing and would just throwup.I have smoked on and off since about the same age but not a whole lot. When I quit dipping I started smoking alot more.Went and got one of the vapes and throwed the cigarettes down.I was down to 0mg nicotine and no cigarette in weeks...Then my little vaper quit working so I fell back into smoking..Went and bought another vaper and same thing..Sob tore up after a month or so.Back the the cigarettes..Finally broke down and bought a good machine..Damn thing lasted about 2 weeks before it quit..I said the hell with it I'm just gonna smoke.I bet I've spent $500 on them piece of chit vape thing's and they all ended up in the garbage.I have been contemplating getting another one because they do work on helping you quit and I really wanna quit.I'll say this..Them 2 and a half years or so I quit dipping I craved one about everyday..I finally went and bought some all natural dip called Smokey Mountain..It's not terrible and kinda helped my cravings till one day I gave in and bought a can of pouches that turned into a can of fine cut Skoal..Maybe lasted a month or two before my acid reflux was bothering me really bad again so I quit again...Just keep the vape charged and on you all the time and it will help you quit.Good luck

I didn't go the cheap route on my mod. I bought a good one and after i bought it. I did some research last night on it and I'm glad I went with the one I did. Smok alien 220w kit. Bought 2 batteries for it. They last about 27 hours before they are dead and need charged again. I dropped $132 last night on everything.

Check out http://www.vapewild.com/ for juice. Their stuff is cheap and gets delivered quick. You can buy small 10ml bottles to try different flavors and then when you find one you like, get the big bottle. I recommend letting them sit for a week or so before using them to let the flavors settle out. If ya buy $30 worth, shipping is free, and you can usually find a 10% off coupon code on google too.

might wanna get some extra batteries. seth is right about letting some steep for a week or 2. Some of them come pre steeped. Also, dont set botteles in window seal or in sunlight because uv supposedly weakens nicotine

Jan 1st was my 12yr anniversary of being tobacco free. Coming from experience, nothing is going to get you off nicotine until you get the space straight between your ears. Headaches, mood swings and all that stuff shouldn't last more than a week. You can do it. Just make up your mind that you want to quit. Nicotine is a very addictive drug. You are just supplementing the delivery system with the vape. You are much stronger than that stuff. You can do it! you can do it! you can do it!

one thing that really help me was I put 3 dollars in a jar everyday. at the end of one year, I rewarded myself with a new rifle.

i disagree about nicotine being super addictive. For the first 90 days or so. The vape didn't completely satisfy me, no matter the mg level. After that no problem. Whatever the big tobacco scientist put in their product is were the real addiction lies. If i forget my juice or something. No big deal. I even quit vaping effortlessly once. The cravings coming off tobacco was way way worse.

I know a guy that used one to lose weight.
He always craved sweets, and found some that were sweet flavored.
Instead of eating, he vaped for his cravings.
Lost about 50 and is still going.

Aint NO WAY. Your lungs weren't mean to take in that crap. Hell, at least tobacco and pot can be grown from soil. You don't know what crap is in vape chemicals.

I don't think our lungs were meant to breathe in what the big industrial plants have inside them either. I can promise you that stuff is worse than this e liquid
