Willing to bet less than half of kills are reported. Wouldn't surprise me if it was 25%. I am thinking the same percentage. I think 25 is optimistic. I don't know a single person who has even downloaded the app Yup, not anyone local to down here. Now some folks from out of state or non-local lease folks who don't know where the GW is are probably the ones reporting.
