Shoot that .22-250 lefty. I switched over left handed one year when I had a cast on a busted hand. Or just let the kids shoot more fun if they kill anyway.
Its not the will to win but the will to prepare to win!

Your biggest concern will be a clot formation. As stated as long as you shoot a low caliber like the 22-250 or 223 left handed you should be fine.
Only accurate rifles are interesting.

Thanks Josh, but I've about decided against chancing it. I'll either go watch or let one of my kids shoot. Wise choice. If in doubt, do without. It's only for a season, JW, and then you'll be all better and back in business. And just think, how big they'll be next year by you letting them walk this season.

Thanks Josh, but I've about decided against chancing it. I'll either go watch or let one of my kids shoot. No worries however the offer is always there if you change your mind. Anything to help a brother with health issues.

Odd this subject comes up now. Hate your problems and wish you the best. I have a different problem: neck. Already had surgery about 2 years ago but things are still not good. I shot my 25-06 this morning and the 2nd shot about took me to my knees. I shot 2 more times and had to quit. Headache ever since. Been looking at 22-250's on the web all day. Winchester has one that has caught my fancy. My personal preference is I don't want to have to go to a 223. I think you need to set this season out and let me hunt your property. That was my parents property. I wouldn't have junk like that. I do have plans for it the first part of Jan. though and it's not deer.
