Are the Wildgame Innovations Terra Game Camera - 6MP any good? I found some on sale.

I've read very few positive feedbacks on WGI. I'm actually surprised that they still make cameras with so much negative reviews. Especially as expensive as they are.

I purchased several when they were on sale for $29.99 and I had some $10 off cupons of their rage 6 cameras and 2 of the 3 still work flawless and were decent quality (night time was terrible compared to my moultrie m990i gen 2). The other One's battery door but the dust only after about two openings. Take that for what it's worth, not to mention their customer service is trash

The reason they keep producing cams is prolly because they have dang near a monopoly on the hunting industry

That's an interesting topic. Had a buddy argue with me the other day that duck dynasty products were was the same way. Who do y'all think is the biggest/has the most clout in the hunting industry. My vote still goes for someone like Real Tree. There camo pattern is literally on everything

Spend the money and get either Moultrie but not the A series, or Browning has came a long way and progressing.

I'd rather have one good quality cam than 3 marginal models. Some cheap ones are hard to set up and it's not much fum troubleshooting in the woods. Another vote here for Browning.

Browning Strike Force or Stealth Cam G42NG. You won't regret it.

I would think real tree would have a large percentage of the market if not the most. As far as cameras go I have always had good luck out of the Moultrie cams. I finally had one start giving me problems but it's 5 or 6 years old so I don't hold that against them. The browning strike force cams have really good reviews but I've never used one. Come time to buy more I'm probably going to try 1 or 2.

ive had positive experience with all the WGI cameras I have.

I haven't used the exact model you are asking about, but the NANO 16, blade x6, and the Crush Illusion 8 lights out have been great for me. Have taken tens of thousands of pictures, and have great battery life. Easy to use, and I love the bungie cord way of mounting to tree. Ive gone and bought little bungies like WGI give you for all my other brands of cameras.

(I'm not endorsing them as the best, I'm just saying, don't get scared off because someone got a lemon years ago. lemons come in all brands)

real tree just gets paid by the companies that use their pattern on their products. They don't actually produce most of the products.

the Wildgame innovations people (Busbices), companies include:
WGI
Tenzing packs
Ameristep stands
Barnett crossbows
evolved seed
plano boxes
flextone calls
zink calls and decoys
avian x decoys
bloodsport arrows
halo rangefinders
frabil
ground efX
no limit archery
etc

I've owned Moultrie, Primos, and WGI cameras.

The only ones I have not had any problems with are the WGI cameras.

I absolutely love my Primos Proof Cam 3's.

Long battery life, excellent quality photos, do not spook mature bucks. Can buy them for <$120.
