No matter the pain you've got to push thru and physical therapy is key. Had a complete left shoulder done(collar bone,rotator cup,etc) due to a severe car wreck back in 2003. Now i had a lot more injuries to recover from also but it took me about a year to get my range of motion back and i still didn't gain 100% back as i can only lift my arm about 90% all the way over my head but that's as far as it'll go due to all the hardware. Shoulder surgery and recovery was painful but push thru no matter the pain. When feeling froggy DON'T overdo it. It's very easy to screw whichever shoulder up again.
