I'd be all for it if they demonstrated to me that there is a problem with our deer herd that needs to be fixed. I'm a believer in The Law of Unintended Consequences. Any time a law or regulation is passed it will have consequences that were not anticipated, therefore, unless there is a clear need for the law or regulation, it is wiser not to pass it, or pass it in a limited basis until the unintended consequences are apparent so they can be minimized.
