It isn't not a poor analogy. It is exactly the situation. He is the Director for a reason. If he does a poor job, he'll be fired.
Where is the politics in game check? Y'all are full of chit. It is 2016. Finally Alabama is making a move in the right direction. Data is the first step. Or I suppose we could continue the riding the pendulum and never has long term success. The point some folks, including me, are trying to make is that the data can be collected more easily without inconveniencing every hunter in the state using valid statistical methods. How are you not seeing this? Billion dollar decisions are made using such methods. Every hunter is part of the management of the herd. I don't care if they feel inconvenienced. If you don't want to be part of the solution don't pull the trigger.
