I'm in agreement with you on the states having the role of education. If a state wants to educate them with the approval of their citizens through elections...so be it. But it a state expressly doesn't...then illegals should not be allowed to be schooled through public tax dollars in that state.
I'd love to see the federal department of education ended, dismantled and shut down 100%.
