Dear Browning Customer,

Your trail camera was received and evaluated. No receipt was provided to show it had been purchased in the last 12 months to be covered under the warranty. Unfortunately, a repair cannot be made as we no longer have the needed parts available and the typical repair cost exceeds that of a new camera. We do offer an Out of Warranty Exchange Program that would allow me to exchange your camera for this year’s comparable model at a discounted fee.
I pulled up your previous paperwork and I shows the camera is still under warranty so I will replace it for you.
(She offered $50.00 off a $150.00 Camera)

My reply:

Stephanie
This is the third time that I have had to send the camera back. There was never a question before as to proof of purchase. The first time the camera was repaired, the second time the camera was replaced, at least that is what you all told me. I enclosed your shipping label from the replacement camera as verification.
I ask that you reconsider this case in the nature of good business. This is not the only Browning product that I have purchased and I have spent good money on this camera not to mention shipping charges on three occasions now. At this point you have a very frustrated, dissatisfied, customer that will reconsider the purchase of a Browning product in the future, I respectfully urge you to do the right thing.
Thank you.

good deal, glad they're taking care of you. That's the Range Ops camera you have. I have one and it isn't even close to the other browning cameras but for 90 dollars it's better than other brands in that price range. Upgrade to the strike force, it's a wonderful camera.
