New York had a case to Strike the appeal for all time and when the Liberal Gov came in he dropped that case. Blks are foolish to dislike that law ! Perch, you know as well as I do that the end doesn't always justify the means. If reducing crime was all that mattered, we wouldn't have ANY civil liberties.
