Look where they're made. The Chinese/Vietnamese footwear doesn't last any time before they start breaking down. I've gotten to where I'll ONLY wear/buy footwear that's made in the USA...besides the obvious, that I prefer to support our economy rather than theirs, the sizes tend to run truer and they hold up better over time. It seems like I spend more to buy an American made pair of shoes, but when I factor in not having to replace them every 4-6 months, I'm actually saving money.


I'd get at least a year out of my Justin's. Concrete mortar dust and mud it probably about the worst thing you can put a boot thru and they held up fine.
