Okay. I'm sure your correct. No one would ever sue you for retaliatory discharge for taking a leave given to them by federal law. I have never defended those cases because no one would ever be smart enough to figure out the real reason you fired them. No jury would ever see their employee file and see they had no issues or write ups before they took their leave and think you started looking for reasons to fire them.

Your right, I'm sure you are correct. I don't know what I am talking about. I should always assume you know more about the law than I do.
