I took time off with the births of both my sons. At that point I was working in the corporate world with a large company and I had to use vacation time. Couldn't go with no pay from a financial perspective. Glad I took the time to be at home to spend those first few precious moments with God's gifts to our family and to help my wife for a week or so. I can vividly recall those moments.
