Lets talk about why I couldn't keep any fish out of the river all summer because they were exposed to raw sewage and sulfuric acid before we talk about the endangered deer I almost had to file an insurance claim over today.

Ya feel me?

I don't know how you took my statement, but I was being serious. They seem to be more concerned with nonpoint source pollution than point source.

Isn't ADEM actually the agency that monitors this type stuff?

Just to make a point, what do you think a DCNR representative would do of he saw me dump a 50 gallon trashcan full or turds of car batteries into the river?

I would hope they would arrest your butt. The problem you were referring to has nothing to do with the DCNR though. I am sure if they came across that spill they would have did whatever they could to stop and report it. They care about the environment as much as we all do. Most of them are outdoorsmen too.
