However, point source pollution is an issue.
Lets talk about why I couldn't keep any fish out of the river all summer because they were exposed to raw sewage and sulfuric acid before we talk about the endangered deer I almost had to file an insurance claim over today. Ya feel me? I don't know how you took my statement, but I was being serious. They seem to be more concerned with nonpoint source pollution than point source. Isn't ADEM actually the agency that monitors this type stuff? I wasn't insinuating that DCNR was over pollution.
