I asked a neighbor to stop letting his dog do that in my yard. He ignored me and jogged off with the dog. I collected poo from everyone's dogs in the cul-de-sac for a few days and left it on his front porch. No more problems from then on. Pour some cayenne on your garbade on garbage day..
Neighbor of mine walks his dogs like 4X a day...lets them chit in my yard usually near my mailbox...a pound of cayenne applied in that area broke them of coming any where near that part of yard... It would be on his door step. In fact I would gather up a bucket full of it and dump it in his driveway or porch with a sign that says here is your dog's poop back
