I hope it works. I really do. But I suspect the ATV folks will raise sand about "being discriminated against" in some fashion and will try to force an all-or-none policy even for hunters.
That, or you could just strap a climber on your 4wheeler and say you're "headed to your stand". How could they prove you wrong?
That's the problem with rules like this.
