Sounds like you either need the services of a lawyer or you need to pop some knots on some heads at the dealership. IDOT, we would but the dealer has been our friend for 8 years on our hunting club. We would rather not stir up alot of trouble with him and make stress on our hunting club, but he did make money off of our problems at the end of the day. He doesn't seem to share your aversion to hard feelings...
