My Cannon safe keypad quit working about a year ago. It would take 7 or 8 tries to finally get the safe to open. I sent several emails through cannons "contact us" and never got a response. I sent 1 email to hoffacsexperience@cannonsafe.com. That is the president of cannon safe email. I explained in detail how I could not get my guns out of my safe and I would never buy another product from their company. I also explained how terrible their customer service was. After I hit send on the email I walked two blocks to Subway for lunch and by the time I came back I had received an email and 2 phone calls from someone who evidently is supposed to respond to said "contact us" emails. They sent me a new updated keypad free of charge, no questions asked.
