ALDawg, FYI, the glasses I had made are hard line bi-focals and I do think they are better than transitions (cheaper too). I payed close attention to the fit and shape of the frames so that if I'm looking left (I shoot right handed) that the frame does not interfere with my vision. You'll get it figured out but there's no substitute for youth. Good luck.
