I love Tapatio, right now though I just eat peppers with the juice they are in, can't think of the brand but they are not Jalapeno's, real small and the longer they sit the hotter they get. Always find it amusing when people talk about how hot Jalapenos are.
Got burned out on Tobasco sauce in the Army, that was the seasoning for all MRE's out in the field. Most of the time jalapenos are reasonably tame, but I have some fresh ones here that will lightyoazzup. I cant tell any difference in them and the orange habaneros that I grew last year.
