Big AL. Do you ever actually lease any land or join a club ? I see your postings s everywhere about some land or this club and that club?.  I do a little of both...usually try to keep my own lease for the wife and kids..most of my land is either leased from individuals or timber companies...my last lease was Westervelt had to let it go they added some land and I could not pay the thousands it cost all alone...either way I just try to throw out land leases for others that are looking..I usually have several questions about clubs..I'm a little picky.
