Not just to lease the land but total for everything seed fertilizer camper fee whatever. Dues X number of members / acres. $2,500 X 35 = $87,500 / 7,500 = $11.66 per acre. If you're gonna be stupid you better be tough.

When I first got it it was $1 an acre. The other 2 are timber company properties. No limitations on any of them. I don't even want to try to figure out how much I pay for every thing else. Had the land across the road leased for the past 5 years and we started out at $6 and it went up $2 every year. Not to mention they cut the whole 600 acres the second year we had it.

Don't pay rent as I own it but for my total annual costs I could easily be in a $3,000/$4,000 per year club with a lot better deer.But if I did that I would have to put up with other folks crap. I like being king of my domain.
