Some American thugs have a record to know what they have done and a few are in prison. When they get out you may look them up or figure out they are fresh out of prison by talking to locals. Foreigners have no history or record here until they commit a crime here. There slate is clean when they come here in our records! Most Mexican criminals that come here are not here legally and don't get legal jobs. Also, most of them are still criminals here, not hard workers.
