That isn't legal. Child custody agreements and child support must be set by the court under the law. Now, you can agree to something different if you want, after the court enters its order. But, it can come back and bite you on the ass when she gets mad, goes to court and gets an order for you to pay all the back child support.

The lawyer isn't trying to screw you, the lawyer is following the law.
