He is a freaking retard too. X2. I bid on a 40 acre property of pines he had in Crenshaw co last year. I bid $500 and he told me it went for $1,200. I believe he's full of it I bid on same 40 acres in Crenshaw county. He sent an email that winning bid was $1060. Something just doesn't add up with this guy's listings. Well he is at it again! He has 40 acres in Crenshaw county for highest bid by 7/15. I bet it's The same 40 acres in Crenshaw that went for $1060 last year on AFOA. If you read the description this guy puts on listing on AFOA, it's sounds so good no one would ever give it up! Better hurry & get in on the action boys! It's going to get fierce! I sent an opening bid of 50 cents for the whole 40 acres and he pays insurance! LOL
